Staff at Tesco in Sudbury are limbering up for three days of dancing at the store for charity.
They will be raising money for the British Heart Foundation, Diabetes UK and Cancer Research dancing at the front of the store over this weekend.
It is in support of the national Dance Beats campaign for the three charities by Tesco, which will see thousands of staff at branches across the UK take part.
It will culminate in an epic 30-hour world record attempt on Saturday and Sunday (July 19 and 20) where more than 6,000 staff and members of the public will come together to attempt to break the Guinness world record for the world's longest dance marathon relay at Wembley stadium.
The Sudbury staff have been coached by local dance teachers Ashleigh Stohr and Dylan Irvine from Ormiston Sudbury Academy.
Katy Carter, customer services manager at the town branch urged locals to come and join in the fun: "It's for three really good causes so please do come along."
